Got questions about personal training in Oceanside? Find answers about our semi-private training sessions, injury accommodations, what to expect, and how to get started at Catalyst.

  • Our workouts are primarily strength, power, and mobility focused.

  • Every session is tailored to each client specifically, but generally each workout will consist of free weight, body weight, mobility, and core exercises aimed at providing a full body workout.

  • Please visit the “Sign Up” page of our website to get started with a 15 minute discovery call. We’d be happy to explain our program in detail and answer any questions.

  • The discovery call is an easy way to get all the info you need about our program. We’ll cover details on workouts, booking, policies, and how to get started training for free.

  • No, Catalyst does not provide explicit dietary coaching. We do, however, work closely with a nutrition expert and can refer you to their services.

  • We recommend starting with 2 sessions a week, and progress to 3 per week as you advance.

  • Always speak with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. We are able to work around most any preexisting injuries or conditions you may have. If you are working with a physical therapist, we are happy to implement their rehab exercises into your programming.

  • Each session has room for up to 3 clients. Depending on who books a session for that time, you will either be with the coach alone, or with up to 2 other clients.

  • Not always. Session booking is done via our partner app, PushPress. Booking is first come first serve and any client can book at any time.
